There are eight Learning Areas at Horsham College. In Year 7, 8 and 9, Humanities and Science are generalised and in Year 10, they branch in to electives (Science: Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Psychology and Physics; Humanities: History, Geography, and Legal & Economics.) Below are the composite Learning Areas:
The curriculum for Years 7 – 10 is based on the Victorian Curriculum. The timetable is structured on a weekly basis, with 50 minute periods. The breakdown of the weekly cycle is as follows:
